St. Anthony of Padua School is a merged Archdiocesan school jointly sponsored by St. Anthony of Padua, St. Thomas of Aquin, St. Agatha and St. Hedwig Parishes.
The school shares with each family the educational mission of the Church which is "to teach as Jesus did." We strive to integrate truths and values of the Catholic faith into the students' lives; to explore ways to deepen the students' concern for and skill in peacemaking and achievement of justice.
We recognize each child as a unique individual made in the image and likeness of God. This child is a person with dignity, worth and potential. As Catholics, we strive to educate the whole child and to motivate each student to stretch and grow in the direction of his/her potential. Our goals are these: 1) To recognize the parents as co-educators and seek their involvement in the educational process; 2) To develop and nurture Catholic values necessary to face an ever changing, contemporary society; and 3) To foster academic excellence through motivation, reinforcement, self- discipline and guidance.
To help to implement this philosophy and our goals, we have an active Home and School Association and a School Board.
