| Parish Council ~ The council consisting of members selected at large has the responsibility of advising the Pastor in the temporal and spiritual welfare of the parish. Meetings are held on the second Tuesday of each month, including a once a year Parish Assembly. |

| School Board ~ This board consists of seven elected members. This group aims toperpetuate and expand Catholic education and advises the Pastor concerning policies governing the educational programs. Meetings are on the third Tuesday of the month. Open School Board meetings are held in October and April. |

| PSR ~ Parish School of Religion ~ This program aims to achieve the goals of preparing children attending public schools for sacrament reception, and at deepening and reinforcing knowledge of their religion and values for living. |

| RCIA ~ The Rite of Christian Initiation of Adults ~ This program provides information of Catholic beliefs and practices for those who are curious about our faith. It is also the Parish's program to provide instruction and spiritual formation for adults preparing to become Catholics. R.C.I.A participants meet once a week, October through April. |
